FFernbrook Public Library×WHIM

The widgets, working.

Three pieces that drop into the library website you already have. Each one below is live and tappable, with the exact code to add it and where its data comes from. Nothing here replaces your site or your catalogue: the widgets read your event calendar and hours, and keep themselves current.

1

Homepage "What's on" hero

● Live

A time-aware banner: this morning's programs, a search over everything, and a "next up" row. It rewrites its own headline as the day goes on.

Where the data comes from

Your own event calendar. The headline, counts and "next up" row all update themselves from today's schedule.

What we need from you

Nothing. It runs on your published programs. The events above are sample data standing in for your feed.

2

Program finder (pop-up search)

● Live

A search-and-browse panel for programs, filterable by age and branch. It sits behind a small button in the corner of any page. Tap it.

This button sits in the corner of any page. Click it to open the finder.

The same program calendar as widget 1. The search runs on your live listings.

What we need from you

Nothing. For the corner pop-up version, one extra line adds the launch button site-wide.
