About
La Fabrique St-George is a natural wine bar, winery lounge, and retail shop in a 4,000 sq ft converted space in Mount Pleasant. It specializes in Georgian winemaking traditions using qvevri (ancient clay amphoras) and houses the largest collection of qvevri outside of Georgia.
