The opportunity
The Burnaby Halloween Festival brings together more than twenty events across the city over several weeks, from family-friendly experiences to after-dark programming.
The opportunity was to turn that rich festival programme into something visitors could act on: find something that suits their group, discover somewhere nearby to eat, and build more of an evening around the event they came for.
