The Story
Join us in the beautiful Red Barn for an immersive sound bath experience, where resonant sound invites you to pause, rest, and reconnect with yourself. Guided by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, you’ll be invited to notice the full soundscape with openness and curiosity. We’ll explore listening as a practice, allowing each sound to become an anchor for presence and invitation back into the present moment. As your mind settles, the body has an opportunity to shift into a more restorative state. Your breath may naturally deepen, muscles can soften, and the nervous system can begin to move out of stress and into rest. Every person is different, and there is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath! No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be guided by sound. What to Bring: -Yoga mat -Blanket -Pillow and bolster (or a second pillow) for under your knees – Since you’ll be resting on the floor for over an hour, please bring whatever you need to stay comfortable. If you tend to fall asleep or snore, lying on your side with some extra pillow support can help. You’re also always welcome to participate from a seated position or chair if that feels better for your body. -Eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer ***Please note the Barn can get quite cold with the cement floor, So please make sure you dress warmly, and bring blankets or anything else needed to make yourself as c
