About
One of Burnaby's largest parks, this North Burnaby hub packs an impressive range of facilities, from a plaza-style spray park and massive playground to a dedicated skateboard plaza with a bowl. It’s also home to the Burnaby Central Railway, a ride-on model steam train that runs on weekends, plus numerous sports fields, tennis courts, and a rubberized running track. For a quieter experience, a trail on the park's rugged north side winds through forested hills.

🚇 Transit
The park is well-served by buses along the major Willingdon Avenue and nearby Hastings Street corridors. You'll need to make a bus transfer from the nearest SkyTrain station, as none are within easy walking distance.
🚗 Parking
There are several free parking lots on-site, but they fill up quickly on nice days and during community events. If the lots are full, you'll have to hunt for a spot on the surrounding residential streets.
