About
Coquitlam's largest park is a 178-hectare urban rainforest wrapped around two lakes, Mundy and Lost. A 5.5-kilometer multi-use path encircles the forest, while interior trails connect to a nine-hole disc golf course, an outdoor pool, sports fields, playgrounds, and dedicated off-leash dog areas.

🚇 Transit
Mundy Park isn't right on the SkyTrain, so plan to take the Millennium Line to a Coquitlam station and transfer to a bus. Several routes run along the park's perimeter on major roads like Como Lake Avenue and Mariner Way.
🚗 Parking
You'll find several free parking lots near the main entrances for the sports fields, playground, and lake. These lots get packed on sunny weekends and game days, so arrive early or prepare to hunt for neighbourhood street parking.
