Your best bet is the SkyTrain. Take the Millennium Line to Moody Centre Station, and it's an easy and scenic five-minute walk east along the trail to Brewers Row.

Street parking is extremely limited and highly competitive, especially on weekends. Scope out the paid lots near the SkyTrain station or save yourself the headache and leave the car at home.
