Lonsdale Avenue is a major bus corridor, making for an easy trip up the hill from the Lonsdale Quay SeaBus terminal. From downtown Vancouver, just take the SeaBus over and hop on a northbound Lonsdale bus to get dropped off nearby.

Metered street parking is available directly on Lonsdale, but it can be competitive. Your best bet is to look for spots on the residential side streets just east or west of the main drag.
